Gabrielle x Georges = GSQUARED; this mathematical love equation is simply as easy as ‘pi’. The day of the Union of the Bretous’ was absolutely bright, beautiful and sunny. This lovely couple had their wedding at the Samsara Gardens, a botanical oasis located in Miami, Florida. The Samsara Gardens allowed for all attendees of the wedding to be immersed into an Amazonian-like setting. The area was surrounded by vibrantly colored, caged tropical animals such as macaws as well as capuchin monkeys; there was just an abundance of God’s beautiful creations which totally encompassed the event.
The ceremony was bursting with love from the couple’s families and friends, so much so that one of the groomsmen that were unable to be there physically was dead-set on making his presence as well as his support for the couple known. He decided to attend the wedding virtually; dressed head-to-toe in his wedding attire, this groomsman “walked” down the aisle with his bridal party counterpart via FaceTime and had even pre-recorded a video message of well wishes for the couple.
Our groom, Georges, couldn’t help but be overcome with emotions at the sight of his lovely bride Gabrielle as she gracefully came down the aisle. Escorted by her father, our bride was draped in a lovely, bedazzled gown and had her hair done in a sleek, middle part, pulled-back look. She too grew emotional at the sight of her hubby-to-be, but her tears ran even more once her father, whom she adores, embraced her groom with open arms, symbolizing his bestowal of acceptance of Georges and entrusting him with his daughter. The major highlight of the ceremony was when the couple partook in a plant-watering ceremony; the plant represented the love and union and their decision to ‘put down roots’ together. It’s a vow that the two will forever embark on their lifelong commitment together; two units forever operating as one
Following their love-filled ceremony, the couple made their way to the reception area. Along the way, they posed for a few couple portraits on the beautifully lit nature trail.
The couple’s reception was held in an open region of the Samsara Gardens. It was beautifully lit and still had everyone immersed in its botanical oasis fantasy. Our bride and groom shared an intimate first dance with one another; they sweetly swayed along the dance floor and asked in each others love. Our bride, Gabrielle, performed a pre-choreographed dance with her father, while our groom, Georges, slow-danced with his mother.
